I am currently on probation but verbally confirmed by manager. If I decide to resign, would I need to serve the notice period mentioned during probation (15 days) or as per after confirmation (3 months)?
Until you receive the official confirmation letter from HR, you are not considered confirmed. Legally you can resign and just serve 15 days notice period as per your contract.
